American talk show host Chelsea Handler has weighed in on Taylor Swift's supposedly 'busy' love life by giving a theory on why she's often linked to so many different men.

Speaking on 'Watch What Happens Live', the 'Chelsea Lately' host explained that she believes the 'I Knew You Were Trouble' superstar is probably still a virgin because the men she gets pictured with are usually experienced and it would explain why none of her affairs ever last:

"My theory about Taylor Swift is that she's a virgin. That everyone breaks up with her because they date her for two weeks and she's like, 'I'm not going to do it' and they're like, 'Oh well forget it - then I don't want to date you'."

"They think they're going to have sex with her and every guy thinks - just like when they date a lesbian, they think they're going to turn them straight - every guy thinks they're going to devirginise her and they're not. She's never going to get devirginised, ever ever ever ever ever."

Soon after giving her thoughts on Swift's dating problems, Handler backtracked and confessed that it sounded a little on the mean side and she didn't want to give that impression because she doesn't actually care:

"Actually, I think that was a bold statemen. But I'm not on anyone's side because I just don't care enough. But I mean, I like that she's being kind of that vociferous about something - she thinks they were out to get her and they were clearly making a joke just about her demeanour, which is embarrassing. I mean, she's just dated so many men."
