Nile Rodgers on Daft Punk collaboration: 'It was unbelievably natural'

Legendary musician, producer and composer Niles Rodgers has admitted that working on a song with Daft Punk was seamless and easy.

The star, who previously collaborated with 'Trespassing' hitmaker Adam Lambert, told Rolling Stone that recording with the French electronic duo felt very natural:

"About a year ago, I get a knock on the door – first a virtual one and then a real knock – from Guy-Manuel and Thomas. The collaboration felt so unbelievably natural that it made me realise that I need to be in the studio with people."

Speaking about his love of working with other artists, Rodgers added: "I love partnering with people. And then from that moment, a windfall of recording started happening. I just started going in with whomever I could."
