The wife of a man who alleges Justin Bieber spat at him has claimed the singer thinks he is "invincible".

Jeff Schwartz contacted the police after alleging his LA neighbour spat at him and threatened to attack him following a row about his driving.

It is said Bieber was racing his Ferrari down the street at high speeds, much to the annoyance of the neighbourhood.

Schwartz's wife Suzie has now told TMZ that she reckons the 19-year-old 'Believe' singer thinks he is above the law and that his behaviour is "unacceptable". She said:

"He's a punk. He thinks he's invincible. He can't continue to have a bunch of enablers around him."

Schwartz added: "Spitting on someone is unacceptable. He can't do this to people."

As previously reported, police recently confirmed that they were investigating the matter, which was originally reported as physical battery.
