ABBA stars to call museum exhibition goers at random

It has been revealed that the members of well-loved pop group ABBA will call visitors of their Swedish museum exhibition on a specially linked up phone.

The group have a permanent display at the Swedish Pop Hall Of Fame in Stockholm and one of the parts of the exhibition is a landline telephone, which the members have the phone number for and plan to use at random to chat with fans visiting the collection of memorabilia.

The room that houses the interactive phone line is dedicated to hit track 'Ring Ring' and the curator of the museum, Ingmarie Halling, confessed that when the doors open on May 7 it's very likely that visitors will receive calls: "It was Frida's (Lyngstad) idea... so of course she'll call."

Halling added: "We are working with settings from the life of ABBA so (almost) everything has a place. Obviously, I have a lot of items that won’t go in now, but I might use them for other small exhibits, like one about scriptwriting, where I can use all of Björn's old scripts and notes.”
