Little Mix have revealed that parents often praise them for being a good influence on their children.

Tracks such as 'Change Your Life' promote uplifting and empowering lyrics and it seems they have had a profound effect on their fans.

Speaking to The Sun, Little Mix said that their influence has been noted by pleased parents who believe the X Factor 2011 winners are good role models. Leigh-Anne Pinnock said:

"A lot of girls tell us we're their inspiration and role models and that is just from us being ourselves."

She continued: "I think parents see us as their kids' role models as well because of the inspirational lyrics that we write. Maybe that's part of it - they love 'Change Your Life' out there because of the message it has. We've had parents come up and thank us for giving their children someone to look up to. That's an amazing feeling."
