Radio star Nick Grimshaw has spoken about how he got a psychologist to rule why Harry Styles is regarded as a heartthrob.

The BBC Radio 1 man and the One Direction singer have become good friends and he has often roped the singer into appearing on his show.

Speaking about one of Styles' studio visits last year to Glamour, Grimshaw said:

"When he came on the show we got a psychologist on to explain why he was so fit, and she said that it was because out of all the members of One Direction, he's got the most average face."

Explaining why the 'Kiss You' star is regarded as handsome, the radio host added: "He looks like someone we all know."
