Daft Punk have confirmed plans to remix their new album.

The French duo released the record 'Random Access Memories' on Monday (May 20) in the UK and it is set to become the country's fastest selling album of the year.

Speaking to BBC Radio 1's Pete Tong, Thomas Bangalter said that they are already working on new versions of their tracks. He said:

"We're working on some mixes ourselves. So, yes, there will probably be Daft Punk mixes of Daft Punk. 

He continued: "Usually, we never mix ourselves, [but] that's something we feel we're interested in doing this time."

Bangalter added that a remix of their hit song 'Get Lucky' should be released by the end of June.
