Prince has premiered a new track online.

The iconic US star has unleashed the song 'Ain't Gonna Miss U When U're Gone' on his official website.

The song, which features Ledisi, can be purchased for $0.88.

It follows previous new tracks such as 'Rock And Roll Love Affair' and 'Screwdriver'.

Prince's forthcoming new album 'Plectrum Electrum' meanwhile is expected to be released later this year.

The singer's last full studio record came in the shape of 2010's '20Ten', which featured tracks such as 'Compassion' and 'Act of God'.

Prince has sold over 100 million albums worldwide to date.
