Michael Jackson's ghost says 'Dr. Conrad Murray wasn't responsible for his death'

The family of the late Michael Jackson have been in court since the end of April with concert promoters AEG Live for the wrongful death trial, but the latest testimony has been rather unusual.

Jackson's relatives are seeking £26 billion in damages for 'negligence' on the promoter's behalf, which caused the icon's early death in 2009, and the latest person to give evidence was CEO of AEG Live, Randy Phillips (pictured below).

Phillips told the courtroom that his friend Brenda Richie (shown above left with Lionel and Jackson himself), who is the ex-wife of singer Lionel Richie, spoke to Jackson through a medium. He explained that the 'Thriller' superstar's ghost had confessed that his death was accidental and wasn't the fault of doctor Conrad Murray.

The New York Post has also reported that the case's judge, Yvette Palazuelos, allowed Phillips' testimony to stand despite laughter and sneers coming from people in the room.

Back in April, La Toya Jackson told reporters that she heard her brother's ghost "tap dancing" in their family home back in Encino, California.
