Beyoncé is "driven" and "doesn't complain" in the gym according to her trainer

Marco Borges, who works as Beyoncé's personal trainer, has opened up about the 'Halo' beauty's approach to fitness and being at the gym.

Speaking to Heat magazine, he explained that while he puts her through gruelling repetitions she never moans about being tired and remains intensely focused throughout each session:

"Beyoncé likes to get in there, get a great workout, and get out. She's very driven. There's no complaining. She's the kind of person who's always in search of optimum wellness; she just wants to be healthy."

When asked what kind of training he suggests to Beyoncé, Borges (pictured above left) added that mixing it up helps keep the muscles interested and responsive: "Consistency is the key to success. I love running sprint intervals for quick cardio sessions and also, running stairs."

Meanwhile, the superstar is currently on her 'Mrs. Carter' tour and the next date she is due to perform will take place on June 28 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
