Rihanna was on the receiving end of boos as she seemingly shunned her fans and photographers at a Chanel show in France.

The singer is currently in Europe on tour and she appeared at Chanel's Haute Couture event in Paris on Tuesday (July 2).

She was filmed leaving her car and walking through the usual scrum of fans and photographers on either side.

However, she kept quiet and walked straight into the building without acknowledging her fans.

This led to a chorus of boos as she paced on ahead, surrounded by her entourage.

Rihanna later revealed on Instragam: "Went straight to the Chanel Couture show early this morning with NO SLEEP!!! It was so worth it!!!"
