50 Cent denies attacking ex-girlfriend

50 Cent has denied accusations that he assaulted his former girlfriend.

As previously reported, the US rapper has been hit with one charge of domestic violence and four counts of vandalism following a claimed bust-up with an ex.

50 Cent - real name Curtis Jackson - allegedly kicked the women and caused injury after an argument in California on June 23.

He is said to have then caused $7,100 (£4,647) worth of damage at her home by trashing items.

Jackson, however, denies the charges. The first hearing of the case is said to be scheduled for July 22.

The maximum sentence for all the alleged crimes is five years in prison and $46,000 in fines.
