Vampire Weekend have announced a UK tour due to take place later this year.

The indie-rock group will perform five dates in arenas around the country in November.

They will kick off the jaunt in Birmingham on November 12 before playing London and Glasgow.

The 'Modern Vampires of the City' band will then play Leeds on November 16 before finishing things up at the Manchester Arena a day later.

Tickets for the dates will go on sale from July 12. The full schedule is as follows:
