The Lumineers reveal healthy tour diet

American folk band The Lumineers have revealed their healthy eating habits on tour. The band are currently making the rounds of summer festivals and regularly request vitamin-rich foods on their rider.

Speaking to BANG Showbiz, bass player Ben Wahamaki said: “We are really into Kombucha [sweet tea] and health food like humus, Greek yogurt. We just got a juicer and that's been the greatest discovery of our lives.''

The band – whose other members include Wesley Schultz, Jeremiah Fraites, Neyla Pekare and Stelth Ulvang – have also been enjoying the social aspect of the festival circuit.

Ben added: ''I have been really busy trying to watch bands, it's hard to find time, trying to save all your energy for your set but it's really fun running around, being a fan.''
