Shane Filan has unveiled his debut song.

The former Westlife star is unleashing the track 'Everything To Me' as his first solo single.

It will be released on August 25 and is expected to feature on his forthcoming studio album, which should be released later this year.

Speaking previously about the song, Filan said:

"Working on solo material is something I had always dreamed of doing, and I'm incredibly happy with the results. 'Everything To Me' is a very personal song to me lyrically; it is such an upbeat and optimistic record, perfect for the summer."

The single meanwhile was penned alongside songwriter Nick Atkinson, who has previously worked with the likes of Gabrielle Aplin.
