Simon Cowell has revealed that he is finding his new judges for the US ‘X Factor’ Kelly Rowland and Paulina Rubio to be a bit of a handful.

In fact, the music mogul has admitted that their time on the road for the show’s auditions installment has been rife with antics, including an incident with an unusual food stuff.

“They made me eat bulls' balls and then Paulina ate them,” said Cowell in the recent video interview.

“I didn't swallow them!” Paulina chimed in. “He wanted me to swallow them. I didn't.'”

Rubio and Rowland have joined the show after former judges L.A. Reid and Britney Spears moved on to focus on other projects. The two arrivals and continuing judge Demi Lovato leave Simon the lone male on the squad.

“[Lovato and I] love Kelly and we're bonding so much,” said Rubio. “We believe we're sisters and we support each other and [Simon] doesn't like it.”

“I do like it!” Simon jibed. “I like it when you get on well.”
