The producer of Chinga Chang Records, Daniel Herman, has revealed that troubled Hollywood actress Amanda Bynes has the potential to make 'better rap music' than Canadian hip-hop superstar, Drake.

Earlier this summer, it was revealed that Bynes was in talks with the label to work on an album and Herman has now revealed that she has some genuine musical talent:

"I would have to be an idiot to not do everything in my power to create a classic album with her. It's not about being more gangster than Drake, it's about representing the culture and having the ability to make better music than him."

He added confidently: "She's got that. I just want her to let me have the opportunity to prove it to the world."

Back in June, Avril Lavigne denied reports of a collaboration with Bynes and told press that while she did once briefly meet her no duets were ever discussed or recorded: "The only thing I have to say about her is that the one time I met her, it was for the Race to Erase MS event. I'm on the board of that foundation. She was in the bathroom and she was at that  event, she said 'hi' to me, I said 'hi' to her."
