Lawson singer Andy Brown has heaped praise on Jessie J.

The band are due to support the 'It's My Party' star at the iTunes Festival in London next month but it won't be the first time the two acts have shared the stage.

Speaking to Capital FM, Brown said that he reckons Jessie J is truly world class when it comes to vocal ability. He said:

"Yeah, we are huge fans of her. She's a really, really nice girl, really down to earth. We've done a few gigs [with her] - the best gig we did with her was probably in Montreux in Switzerland. We did the Jazz Festival out there with her and she was incredible, we watched her set."

The singer added: "It's great to work with some of your idols because I think she's literally one of the best female vocalists in the world right now. So we're just honoured to be on the same line-up."
