Little Mix's Jesy Nelson: 'Launching a make-up collection is every girl's dream'

Singer Jesy Nelson, of Little Mix fame, has revealed that releasing a make-up collection is a dream come true.

The 'Wings' beauties unveiled their new cosmetics line in collaboration with Collection in London yesterday (September 24) and it includes bronzer, blusher, eye-shadow, lipstick, and nail polish.

Nelson took to her Twitter page earlier this afternoon and told her fans that it was such an exciting project: "Absolutely loved today feel so lucky to have our own makeup range every girls dream :D xjesyx."

Little Mix's make-up collection is now available at Superdrug and will be sold in Boots stores as of next week. Meanwhile, educational psychologist Teresea Bliss has criticised the girls for launching a cosmetics range as it encourages the sexualisation of young girls:

"In the rush for easy money the ex-X-factor contestants like Little Mix are contributing to the early sexualisation of our children. The Little Mix band are a group of young women whose following is younger girls who look up to them as role models. Their young fans will try to look like band members by buying the make up they have endorsed."
