James Arthur announces 2014 European tour

James Arthur has revealed plans to tour Europe next year.

The X Factor 2012 winner will hit the road in January and February as he promotes his upcoming self-titled debut album.

He will begin the jaunt with an extensive trip around the UK and the Ireland, with 22 shows planned in what will be his first proper tour of Britain.

The first show will take place in Ipswich on January 5, with gigs in cities such as Glasgow, London and Belfast following.

Arthur will then hit mainland Europe from February 7 to February 26.

The dates will be preceded by the release of new single 'You're Nobody 'Til Somebody Loves You' on October 20 and his debut album on November 4.

Tickets for the first batch of dates will go on sale from Friday (October 11). The full UK and Ireland tour schedule meanwhile is as follows:
