Producer RedOne wants to 'make history' with Lady Gaga

Super producer RedOne has revealed that teaming up with modern pop sensation Lady Gaga once again was exciting because they both had the same lofty musical ambitions about the project.

They worked together on her breakthrough single 'Just Dance' and recently returned to the studio to work on her forthcoming new album 'ARTPOP', for which they came up with the track 'Gypsy'. RedOne explained:

"My intent is the same thing: make history. If we don't feel like this is part of history again, we're not going to do it, but we're enjoying [the process]. We love doing music, so it will be interesting to see what's going to happen."

Gaga also recently praised another collaborator, 19-year-old French DJ Madeon (pictured), and told Fun Radio that there was great chemistry between them:

"[Madeon] is so amazing. He has such an understanding of music at such a young age. He reminds me of myself so much. He's obsessed, so obsessed with music. We worked on some amazing songs together. One song in particular I love so much. It's called 'Gypsy', we wrote it with RedOne."
