A new track that features Disclosure and Nile Rodgers has been unveiled.

The two acts teamed up with Sam Smith and Jimmy Napes for the tune 'Together', which is being released by Method Records.

A statement about the song reads: "This is the product of a day in Timber St Studios with Disclosure, Sam Smith, Jimmy Napes and Nile Rodgers. Hope you enjoy!"

Smith meanwhile tweeted: "VERY proud to give you all 'TOGETHER' Released by my musical family @MethodRecords."

The track is the latest song guitarist Nile Rodgers has lent his plucking powers to. The Chic man recently teamed up with Adam Lambert for Avicii's 'Lay Me Down', which features on the Swedish DJ's debut album 'True'.

Rodgers, of course, also contributed guitar to Daft Punk's smash hit 'Get Lucky', whch was released earlier this year.
