The track, entitled 'Give Me All Your Luvin'', is due to be released on Friday, February 3, and the video for it will premiere on American Idol next Thursday (February 2).

Madonna has chosen a simple photograph to grace the single's cover and it is made up of 3 split panels with a portrait of the Queen of Pop in each one, stood in a different pose.

In each of the three pictures, all shot by Mert & Marcus, Madonna wears the same sheer long-sleeved jumper with the title of her song written in a white star emblazoned on the front.

The New York Post reports that the singer broke down whilst introducing the film, which marks her directorial debut.

It seems a mixture of exhaustion from rehearsing for her upcoming Super Bowl appearance and heavy emotions relating to her late mother caused the Queen of Pop to shed the tears. She is reported to have said:

"I'm sorry if I cry. I'm just so exhausted from Super Bowl rehearsals. I'm not usually a very sentimental person. Don't hold it against me."

She then thanked her mother, who passed away from cancer when Madonna was young, for giving her life. She added:

"This movie is about the journey of a woman’s soul. I want to thank my mother for giving me my life."

Madonna is set to rock the world famous sporting event on February 5 in Indiana and has now suffered a setback by injuring her leg. She explained:

"I have a pulled hamstring and I have a little red dot on my nose where I wounded myself with my microphone."

Her live set will only run for approximately 12 minutes, but she is excited about the opportunity and admitted that she's putting all of her energy into rehearsals for the exclusive show:

"I'm going to dance and sing my butt off for the Super Bowl. I'm working so hard on it."

53-year-old superstar Madonna, whose boyfriend Brahim Zabrat is only 24, admitted that the secret to feeling good starts with what's under your clothes:

"My favourite things in life are my fishnets and my Victoria’s Secret underpants.” 

She also explained that her enviable figure can be accredited solely to dancing as she doesn't bother with a strict exercise regime anymore:

“I’m not really doing Pilates any more. I’m just dancing. You know, dance aerobics. The best thing for your bum.”

At last night's Golden Globes (January 15), the Queen of Pop was awarded the Best Song prize for 'Masterpiece', a ballad which she co-wrote and sung for her film's soundtrack. 

This wasn't her first Golden Globe win, as back in 1997 she earned herself the coveted title of Best Actress in a Comedy or Musical for her role in 'Evita'. 

She also presented the award for Best Foreign Language Film and took the opportunity to poke fun at host Ricky Gervais, saying:

"If I'm still just like a virgin, Ricky. Then why don't you come over here and do something about it. I haven't kissed a girl in a few years. On TV."

Madonna is currently working through interviews internationally to promote her new film and directorial debut, 'W.E.', but while talking to America's ABC network she admitted that there are certain everyday things she has never done independently:

"I don't think I've ever cooked a meal entirely by myself... I have a cook, my daughter likes to cook. My nannies cook, my housekeeper cooks, the drivers cook, everybody cooks."

The multitalented superstar was then asked if she could cook or if it was just a case of not being bothered to try and she added:

"No! But I do everything else! Do I have to do everything?"

The 53-year old would be happy for her extensive back-catalogue to be used in a musical however the project isn't one which Madonna would be keen to tackle herself.

She told the Daily Star: “I'd sanction my songs to be made into a musical, I kind of already have. But I wouldn't do it myself, I don't think that would interest me.”

Currently promoting her latest movie 'W.E', the singer-cum-director admitted that like the protagonists in the film (Wallis Simpson and Prince Edward) she would forgo fame and all its trappings for “true love”.

“I would consider giving up the fame for true love. I'm not sure I ever said I wanted a love like Wallis's love, though. Their love in the film is about an imperfect love that can't compromise.”

Madonna has been dating dancer and choreographer Brahim Zaibat since 2010.

There was a certain amount of controversy when the anthem was first released as critics and the public alike noted the undeniable similarity it bore to the Queen of Pop's 'Express Yourself'. 

Speaking exclusively to Newsweek/The Daily Beast for an editorial that will run on January 30, Madonna called the 25-year-old's smash hit single a reworking of her own song and said:

"I thought, What a wonderful way to redo my song. I mean, I recognized the chord changes. I thought it was…interesting.”

Madonna is set to perform her brand new single, 'Gimme All Your Luvin', on February 5 at the Superbowl Halftime Show. 

The Queen of Pop was disappointed back in November when a demo version of her forthcoming single, 'Gimme All Your Luvin', found its way onto the internet and she has now revealed to Graham Norton that she expects it to happen again:

"(The release date) It's soon. It depends how quickly people hack in to my server and leak it. Can people wait? It's terrible."

During the interview, she also opened up about the possibility that she might marry again one day and confirmed that her new record's title is 'MDNA'. 

The queen of pop split with ex-husband Guy Ritchie in 2008 but speaking on Graham Norton's talk show, she admitted that she wouldn't rule out tying the knot once more.

When asked if she could see herself marrying again, she replied:

"I could actually, yes. I think I'm a pretty good judge of character but I have made a few mistakes."

Madonna, who is currently promoting her film W.E, also opened up about romance, calling herself a "romantic", but dashing the idea of a "Mr. Right". She added:

"If you're a romantic like me, and every girl I know is, every girl wants to be swept off her feet by a knight in shining armour. Unfortunately we're raised on those fairy tales. Even if we are sophisticated, educated, intelligent, evolved human beings, we like to think in the back of our minds that Mr. Right is going to sweep us off our feet and take us into the sunset, and we're going to live happily ever after. But we keep getting disappointed. If you have even half a brain you know that doesn't exist."

The pop icon is currently in the UK to promote her new movie 'W.E.' and sat down for an exclusive interview on The Graham Norton Show today, January 12, where she revealed that her highly anticipated new record will be titled 'MDNA'. 

Her official Facebook account also posted the news and the risqué name has taken social networking site Twitter by storm, making it into the top ten trending topics list in the UK. 

Fan feedback so far has been both overwhelming and positive, and there appears to be a fantastic amount of support for the superstar in this new leg of her career.

According to the Daily Star's James Ingham, who was in the audience during the chat show's recording, Madonna admitted that she will head back out on tour to recover money she spent making her film over the past three years. 

The pop icon, whose new offering 'W.E.' also marks her directorial debut, explained to Glamour magazine that people tried to sell her letters written by Wallis Simpson once details of her movie were unveiled, but she decided not to pay up and simply memorised their content instead:

"I'm sure I've read every book on the Duchess of Windsor. And once people knew I was doing research and writing the script they wanted to sell me their letters."

"I didn't purchase any, but I read them, noted the information and then said thanks, but no thanks. I watched every documentary ever made, and stayed at the house in the south of France that they lived in during the war - it's now owned by Roman Abramovich. I tried to go to places that they were at and soak up their energy. Of course, I wasn't allowed in Windsor Castle."

The pop superstar admits that whenver she watches the movie it takes her back to her childhood.

The icon said: "I love the message of it; I think it's so beautiful. I grew up wishing that Jimmy Stewart was my father. The story of wanting it all and having it all and then losing it all and then realising what's important, it's like Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz - 'There's no place like home'.

"It's kind of corny and cliché but, to me, it's a classic story that stands the test of time. I love it. I cry every time I see it."

The star has previously revealed that Christmas Day is the only day of the year that she takes a break from her gruelling exercise regime.

Madonna, who has now signed a 3-record deal with the prestigious label, is set to unveil her full-length offering in the spring and will treat fans to her brand new single - entitled 'Gimme All Your Luvin' - during the last week of January. 

In addition to this exciting news, the 'Like A Prayer' icon has also revealed that she will perform during the Super Bowl XLVI Halftime Show on February 5, 2012. 

The as-of-yet untitled album will be Madonna's first in 5 years and it has already been finished, according to an official press release from Interscope.

NBC made the exclusive announcement via the NBA on last night's (December 4) Sunday Night Football match between the Detroit Lions and the New Orleans Saints, and explained that she will take the stage on February 5, 2012 at the Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. 

The superstar has been in the studio working on her highly anticipated forthcoming album and was recently faced with the unfortunate leak of one of her unfinished tracks, 'Give Me All Your Love'. She spoke publicly about the issue and said: "my true fans wouldn't do this."
