Mariah Carey has hired new management and publicity figures after parting ways with her previous team.

24 hours after parting ways with her long-time publicist Cindi Berger, the ‘Beautiful’ singer has now confirmed that her press relations will be handled by Chris Chambers of the Chambers Group.

Carey has also replaced her former manager Jermaine Durpi with TV producers Brian Sher and Stella Bulochnikov. Some of the pair’s most recent projects have included Christina Milian’s E! reality TV show and ‘T.I’s Family Hustle’.

The appointment of Mariah’s new management comes ahead of the beginning of her Las Vegas residency at Caesar’s Palace on May 6 and the release of a greatest hits album to accompany the shows.
