At 3:27 pm today Mariah announced via her official twitter page the title of her upcoming album "Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel."  Mariah stated in her tweet that the title is a very personal one to her and she wanted the fans to be the first she shared it with and also dedicated the new album title to her fans.
