Mel C is "thrilled" by success of her collaboration with Matt Cardle

Spice Girls beauty Melanie C has revealed that despite the radio snub, she is really excited about how her collaboration with Matt Cardle on 'Loving You' has been received.

The track has been supported well by BBC Radio 2, but has failed to attract much attention from other stations and she explained to Digital Spy that it's doing so well anyway that it doesn't really matter:

"We've had absolutely incredible support from BBC Radio 2 and some of the regional networks across the country but unfortunately some of the other key stations have decided not to come on board, despite us achieving a top ten chart position, which is a real shame."

"Either way I'm absolutely thrilled at the public's reaction to the song, which has been incredible, and am grateful for the support the track has received!"

Cardle recently spoke to Pressparty and confessed that working with Mel C was a fantastic experience: "She's absolutely awesome and such a pro. She's also a pleasure to be around and hang out with. It was really cool. The video was good fun to make, trust me."
