M.I.A. confirms Super Bowl appearance, set to duet with Madonna live
'Paper Planes' superstar M.I.A. has confirmed that she will be performing at the 2012 Super Bowl alongside the Queen of Pop.
The edgy singer collaborated with Madonna on her forthcoming new single 'Give Me All Your Luvin'', which will be released on February 3, and has now revealed that she will appear at the world-famous sporting event for a live rendition of the track.
According to the NME, she said: "Yes, I'm going to the Super Bowl… I'm gonna be performing with Madonna and Nicki Minaj... If you're gonna go to the Super Bowl, you might as well go with America's biggest female icons."
She also tweeted about the Super Bowl and explained to fans that going through immigration to get into New York City took such a long time she had to "pull out the Super Bowl thing" so the officers would hurry up and let her through.
