Miley Cyrus has revealed her delight and relief at getting back out on the road.

The singer was hospitalised for a number of days in April after suffering a severe allergic reaction to antibiotics.

She was forced into postponing a number of US Bangerz tour dates and there was worry that impending European shows might suffer a similar fate.

However, Cyrus is now in London ahead of her O2 Arena date on Tuesday (May 6) and she said on Instagram that she is delighted to back on tour.

She said: "So f*ckinnngggg HAPPY to be back on the #f*ckingbangerztour."

The US star added a photo of what looks like herself and a friend smoking a cigar.

Concerts in cities such as Leeds and Glasgow will follow the London date as Cyrus promotes her 2013 album 'Bangerz'.
