Miley Cyrus: 'If I don't focus, I worry that I'll over-promise and under-deliver'

'Wrecking Ball' sensation Miley Cyrus has revealed that she worries about letting both her fans and herself down and tends to fixate on things she can't change if she doesn't really 'focus'.

Speaking to Australia's Style magazine, the superstar confessed that she has a habit of wanting to 'fix everything' so has to really try to focus on the things she can actually control in order to avoid disappointment.

Cyrus explained to the publication: "There's so much going on in the world, you want to try to fix everything. You've got to start to really focus, otherwise you're going to over-promise and under-deliver, which is the worst thing you can do."

The beauty, meanwhile, recently announced that she will be releasing a live Bangerz Tour DVD to celebrate the end of her latest jaunt and it will drop on March 24
