Miley Cyrus: 'You can find someone to f**k in five seconds'

Miley Cyrus says she is looking for someone to make a connection with.

The singer opened up about her sexuality in a new interview with Time.

The singer has teamed up with Instagram to launch #InstaPride, which tells stories of transgender people.

Speaking to the publication, Cyrus said that she doesn't define herself by gender.

The US star added that she is looking for a person to connect with - not just have sex with.

She said: "F***ing is easy. You can find someone to f**k in five seconds. We want to find someone we can talk to. And be ourselves with.

"That's fairly slim pickings."

Speaking meanwhile about being with men with "macho" energy, Cyrus added:

"That made me feel like I had to be a femme-bot, which I'm not.

"And then when I was with a girl, I felt like, 'Oh s**t, she's going to need someone to protect her, so I'm going to need to have this macho energy."
