The Disney sensation has been with actor Liam Hemsworth for some time now and decided to treat him to a beautiful puppy to celebrate his 22nd birthday. Writing on Twitter on January 13, the 'Can't Be Tamed' songstress told fans:

"Got Liam THE best bday pressie ever! Thank you for putting the cherry on top and making Liam's bday a TT!"

Several days later, on January 17, she tweeted a photo of the gorgeous puppy and revealed that her name is Ziggy. When publicly asked by a friend why they didn't name her Daisy Dukes, Cyrus replied:

"Liam wanted to name her that! I said NOOO WAY! Shes an angel!"
