MIley Cyrus's new track has hit No.1 in a multitude of countries around the world.

The singer released the track 'We Can't Stop' on Monday (June 3) as the lead single from her forthcoming new album.

It was premiered on Ryan Seacrest's radio show before being unleashed to the public.

The singer revealed on Twitter that the song hit No.1 in 18 countries across the world, including her homeland USA and Brazil.

She shared a photo that revealed the track has also topped the charts in the likes of Chile, Sweden and Peru.

Teasing her future plans, Cyrus added: "This is only the beginning."
