The parents of popstar Miley Cyrus filed for divorce earlier this week after 19 years of marriage.  The couple have five children together including the ‘Party in the USA’ singer, who has publicly supported both parents in the aftermath of the split announcement.

First Cyrus posted a picture of herself, her mother Tish Cyrus and younger sister Noah on Twitter with the message “The baddest bitches in the WORLD”.

Earlier this week, Miley showed that not all was well when she tweeted a public message to her father saying: "@billyraycyrus since your text and email obviously aren't working would you like to talk like this?"

However, Miley sent out another tweet today rubbishing the rumours that she and Billy Ray Cyrus were on bad terms, saying: “Happy Daddy Day @billyraycyrus”
