Miley Cyrus on her new look and sound: 'It's not a transition'

Pop sensation and former Disney starlet Miley Cyrus has slammed people for referring to her new found musical and personal maturity as a "transition" in her new documentary.

'Miley: The Movement' premiered in the USA last night (October 2) and the beauty explained that nothing about her current career or style is transitory because she is the exact same person as she has always been:

"It's not a transition. People always like to call it a transition."

"I'm the same human - I have the same heart that I had five years ago. Everything about me is the same. Same skin, same human."

The 'Wrecking Ball' beauty also confessed that it might seem as if she has changed significantly because she has moved away from her 'Hannah Montana' beginnings, but her work ethic and general approach to life remains identical as when she was younger:

"I was a lot of people's first album... I was a lot of people's first idol. For five years of my life I learned I had to be focussed. I'm not one to please anybody, but with this record ('Bangerz') there's a lot of pressure, because I haven't had one out in two years."
