Miley Cyrus: 'I'd rather be naked in public than cry in front of people'

Pop superstar Miley Cyrus has confessed that nudity isn't something that bothers her and she would willingly wander around in public without wearing clothes than show emotional vulnerability any day.

Speaking in a new VEVO commentary clip about her music video for 'Wrecking Ball', the beauty explained that it's tougher to cry in front of people than to strip off: "Really laying on all that rubble was not comfortable either. I don't know if anyone thinks that's some fake rubble, but you can tell it's definitely real. I'm in pain."

"For me, nudity has never been something that I've ever tripped about. I don't really see it the way everyone else sees it. I'd rather be naked in front of people than cry in front of people, because I don't like showing weakness and that shows a lot of, like, vulnerabilities."

She added that shooting the video was exciting because her vision was shared with her team: "It was definitely the stunt coordinator's favourite job of his lifetime. I could definitely tell that. He's in there swinging the wrecking ball, like this [demonstrates]!"

"And it was scary because it would really knock down walls sometimes. Like, I would, like, actually get too much momentum and hit the wall."
