Nicki Minaj asks fans to choose next single

Rap sensation Nicki Minaj has asked her fans, or Barbz as she often calls them, to vote for the track they want to be her next single.

On May 24, a poll appeared on the 'Starships' hitmaker's official website that allowed her followers to choose 'Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded' tracks as singles and she later took to social networking site Twitter to explain that she will be keeping a watchful eye over the songs that are most popular:

"Take the poll!!! And leave your comments. Gonna read them now."

At press time, 'Marilyn Monroe' had the majority of the vote with 53.2% and 'Young Forever' was following behind with 21.1%.

Last night (May 25), Minaj expressed her shock at hearing the news that UK DJ Tim Westwood had been fired from his radio show on 1Xtra and tweeted:

"Noooooooooooooo Tim Westwood is such a big part of my UK experience!!!!! He's a fucking superstar!!!! Best interviews hands down!!!! Wtf?!?!"
