Rap superstar Nicki Minaj has treated her fans to a glimpse of the bottles that will contain her new fragrance.

She took to her official Twitter page earlier today (March 5) and unveiled a series of limited edition 'costume' covers for the perfume (pictured below), which has been named 'Pink Friday'. The scent has been described as a "playful cloud of pink floral petals with the sultry warmth of vanilla, skin musks and woods."

The 'Starships' sensation also confirmed that her debut fragrance's launch will take place at London's Selfridges department store later this month on March 14.

Minaj's costumes for the bottles have are entitled 'Duchess of Pink', 'Starships Minaj', and 'Whip It Like Minaj', and Selfridges has posted a list of the terms and conditions for getting hold of the limited edition 'outfits':

"To celebrate the first Pink Friday on 15 March, you can get your hands on a collection of Couture By Minaj outfits to dress up your Pink Friday bottle. If you're among the first people to purchase your 100ml Pink Friday fragrance at all Selfridges stores on selected days throughout the launch period*, you'll receive one of these limited edition outfits."
