Nicole Scherzinger on new group G.R.L.: 'Nobody could ever replace the Pussycat Dolls'

Nicole Scherzinger has given her thoughts on new pop group G.R.L..

The band were formed recently by choreographer Robin Antin, who created the Pussycat Dolls.

Speaking to the Daily Star, Doll Scherzinger said that she feels no-one can ever "replace" her old group.

She said: "Nobody could ever replace the Pussycat Dolls and G.R.L were never ever going to be the new PCD. They are very pop. Dr Luke is involved and they are five different gorgeous girls doing their own thing.

“They’re adorable but the Dolls set-up was very different. It was a unique time and nothing else had ever come out like that before.”

Scherzinger also suggested that the Pussycat Dolls could reunite in the future, adding:

"The Dolls hold a special place in my heart. Nobody can touch us. Hopefully we’ll get back together."
