Nicole Scherzinger has finally accepted her body

Nicole Scherzinger has revealed that turning 30 was incredibly liberating because she is "more accepting" of her body.

The former Pussycat Doll, who has a figure to die for, explained to Shape magazine that she has "been on every diet you can imagine" but has finally found peace with the way she looks:

"It's taken a long time to get here. Now that I'm in my 30s I've stepped off the scale – I just go by how my clothes fit. I'm more accepting of my body and have really learned to embrace it. These days it's all about finding balance."

The songstress will play 3 exclusive shows in the UK next year at London's Hammersmith Apollo on February 19, the Manchester Apollo on February 22 and Birmingham's Academy on February 23, and tweeted a message to her fans earlier today (November 22) that told of her excitement at being chosen for the cover of Shape:

"Look who's on the December cover of Shape :D So excited and honored! Watch for it on stands next Monday!"
