Nicole Scherzinger ditches 'X Factor' for day of working at Greggs

Singer Nicole Scherzinger left her glamorous image behind earlier this week by putting on an apron and getting behind the counter at the popular UK bakery, Greggs.

She made the move in support of her 'X Factor' finalist Hannah Barrett, who worked at the store, and posed for a series of photographs (shown below) in the shop's uniform.

Earlier this week, the beauty told her Twitter followers that she had some friends visiting from Los Angeles and she wanted to share some great food with them so took the girls to a well-known chain restaurant: "My girls in town from LA! Took them to Nando's!"

At the start of October, Scherzinger opened up about being a judge and mentor on 'The X Factor' and revealed that contestants get great emotional support when they leave the show: "When the contestants don't get picked, they fly home that afternoon. They do get counselling when they come home as a lot of them are so young."
