Noel Gallagher wants U2 or Coldplay collaboration

Noel Gallagher has admitted that while he's never been directly approached to do a collaboration, there are two acts in particular that he'd love to work with.

The High Flying Birds rocker has previously explained that he would have joined Kasabian "in a heartbeat" after Oasis disbanded, but he has now told The Sunday Mirror newspaper that U2 and Coldplay would be first on his list if he had a choice:

"I've never been asked to do a collaboration. I guess I just don't give off that come-and-get-me vibe. I wouldn't be adverse to doing one with Coldplay or U2 - anyone who sells 50 million albums."
