Olly Murs have explained the reasoning behind his new album title.

The singer unleashed his latest record 'Never Been Better' on Monday (November 24).

Speaking to Capital FM, the Brit said that the title of the album wasn't inspired by anything to do with his ego.

Murs said: "It just summed up where I am right now. It's not an ego thing like, 'Look at me! I'm better than ever'!

"It's just a personal thing to me. I just feel like I've never been better and I don't feel like my life is going to get better than this, so I just have to enjoy it."

The record meanwhile features lead single 'Wrapped Up' and the Demi Lovato duet 'Up'.
