Cheeky hitmaker Olly Murs has admitted that he almost began a romantic relationship with his Xtra Factor co-star Caroline Flack, but they decided to just keep it professional.

The pair have fantastic on-screen chemistry and according to the 'Dance With Me Tonight' singer it continues once the cameras have been put away as he explained to the Sunday Mirror that they entertained the idea of dating:

"Last year we were thinking, "Are we, aren't we?" because we got on so well,' Murs revealed. "We were working out if we were feeling each other. I thought we have to stay professional and keep it on the show. Even if I did have feelings it was a work thing. I'm sure she was thinking the same.'

He added that once Flack began seeing One Direction's Harry Styles the only thing he was concerned about was whether it would affect their presenting slot on The Xtra Factor:

"Then Harry Styles and Caroline met and it all kicked off with them which was great and it never bothered me at all. The only thing I was worried about was if it would affect the show but it didn't."
