Olly Murs has joked that being frisked by females at airports is the "only thrill" he has had recently.

The singer has rarely been seen with a partner and he has admitted in past interviews that he is somewhat unlucky in love.

Speaking to The Sun, the 'Army of Two' star admitted that he has been getting his kicks recently from being dealt with by female airport security. He said:

"I love it! I can’t wait to get frisked or patted down. I edge myself into the lane where the hottest-looking female is doing the checks. It’s the only thrill I’ve been getting recently."

Murs was speaking in relation to Beyoncé's recent incident on stage in which she was patted on the bum by a male fan.

The former Xtra Factor host commented: 

"[Beyoncé] should get over it. Try being me. Every gig I do I get groped. Mind you, I’m probably encouraging it and she maybe isn’t."
