Olly Murs sustains strange football injury: 'I need a massage'

Cheeky hitmaker Olly Murs has revealed that following a celebrity charity soccer match in London earlier today (December 10), he was left with an unusual injury in his backside.

Writing on his official Twitter page earlier this afternoon, the 'Right Place Right Time' heartthrob told his 5.1 million followers that he has "pulled" a muscle in his bottom and is in a significant amount of pain from it:

"OH my god!!! Nearly sick at full time!! And have pulled my left bum cheek... Great game, thanks to @FA finally played at wembley.... I'm in sooooo much pain.... Never pulled a muscle in arse cheek before!! Sore!! Need a massage ASAP!!"

Murs, meanwhile, is due to release his brand new forthcoming album next summer and recently told Digital Spy that he is excited about the project because he is aiming for it to be better than anything else he has previously done:

"I'm going to do a bit in America, but nothing too drastic. It will be the same guys I've worked with on the last three albums. As an artist I am progressing, although the songwriters and the producers I'm working with are the same."

"We've got to be clever on this next record and come up with something even better. I've had some really big hits, but I want an even bigger hit. I want to win Brits, I want to do better and I want my albums to be stronger. You always want to beat yourself."
