Paolo Nutini has confirmed plans to tour the UK later this year.

The Scotsman will play a number of arena shows across the country in October and November as he promotes latest album 'Caustic Love'.

It will kick off in Newcastle on October 24 before visiting Sheffield, Glasgow and London.

There will be a date in Birmingham before the tour is concluded at Manchester's Phones 4U Arena on November 6.

Tickets for the tour will go on sale from July 4. The full schedule is as follows:

• October 24 - Newcastle, Metro Radio Arena
• October 25 - Sheffield, Motorpoint Arena
• October 27 - Glasgow, Hydro Arena
• October 30 - London, The O2
• November 5 - Birmingham, LG Arena
• November 6 - Manchester, Phones 4U Arena
