Paramore reveal biggest career risk

Rockers Paramore have enjoyed incredible success over the years and the band have now opened up about their biggest risks on the road to superstardom.

During a recent interview with NYCMonthly.com, flame-haired frontwoman Hayley Williams admitted that their self-titled record was uncertain territory for them, but they're so pleased with how receptive fans have been:

"The biggest risk thus far has been our self-titled album. Consequently, the biggest reward thus far has also been our self-titled album. It really is proof for me that in life, the things that are worth the most usually take the most risk. Writing a song that feels more “new jack swing” than Paramore felt incredibly risky before we did it but that’s what we were feeling and we went with it."

Referring to the great things that followed its release, Williams added: "Bam! First top 10 hit. First Grammy. And don’t even get me started on the “don’t go cryin’ to yo’ mama” sing-a-long at shows."

Paramore, meanwhile, recently announced that they will be setting sail next year for another Parahoy! Festival at Sea cruise. The event will kick off on March 5, 2016 and it will run until March 9. Paramore, who are set to perform twice during the festival, along with the other bands and passengers will travel round-trip from Miami to Cozumel, Mexico.
