Paramore are today (July 26) celebrating after their debut album became 11 years old.

The group unleashed 'All We Know Is Falling' back in 2005.

The record failed to land on Billboard's 200 list, but it did reach No.30 on the Heatseekers chart.

The album also hit No.8 on the UK Rock Chart.

'All We Know Is Falling' features tracks like 'Pressure' and 'Emergency'.

Singer Hayley Williams meanwhile recently opened up about the dangers of living off of nostalgia.

She said: "The last album was the most fun I've had in my life and I feel as though I learned a lot about myself, my friends and music, but what I really learned is that you can only live off a high for so long. That sense of nostalgia might fuel you for a little bit, but it can't keep you going forever."
