Paramore "feel unified" after last year's setbacks

Following a particularly trying year for Nashville rockers Paramore, they are looking forward to bigger and brighter things as the Grammys draw closer.

Front woman Hayley Williams told the Associated Press that the band are a tighter unit after the difficulties they've experienced recently:

"Losing members is not a fun thing to go through, but I think that now we really feel unified,"

"We feel strong, and we're going to be stoked to represent Nashville and represent our band and our fans at the Grammys."

Paramore is nominated for Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocals for the 'Glee' covered hit 'The Only Exception.' Williams said of the nomination:

"It's really cool, because we've always been that rock or pop-punk band that's kind of a little bit the outcast, not really the outcast, but sort of on the outside of things. So this will be awesome to bridge the gap."
