Pink attends toilet-naming honour

U.S. pop star Pink attended the opening of a public toilet in Australia, which has been named in her honour.

The Brisbane Entertainment Centre has named a set of female toilets the Pink Ladies in honour of the star, who is the venue's biggest-selling artist.

Venue manager Trish McNamara said it was "outstanding" that Pink had sold out all 11 dates. To sell out 11 concerts is outstanding and Pink should be congratulated. The Pink Ladies symbolises that success, and pays tribute to the artist for what she has achieved in Brisbane. Pink is now etched into our rock and roll history and we won't ever forget this extraordinary feat. Pink is our number one."

During the show Pink called on all her fans to go and "christen" it.
